  • Can you integrate with my CRM?

    Yes.  


    We integrate with Podio by default, and  include 1 Podio user or can use your existing account.


    We can also integrate with InfusionSoft, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or some other CRMs upon request.  

  • What is the cost?

    All-inclusive pricing is flat-rate based on your list.  You may provide a list, or purchase a list from us.


    LeadGen campaigns include:

    • all labor & training
    • Podio reporting & notification
    • call center software + unlimited minutes

     We recommend your list size is at least 2500.

  • Do you provide the list ?

    We can work a property list you provide, or sell you a new list.


    Our lists come from industry leading credit bureaus and real estate data prodviders, based on your criteria.  Our preferred vendors include CoreLogic/Listsource, US Lead List, Exact Data, or Benutech.

  • How many people do contact per day ?

    Our U.S. agents average 250-400 contacts per day and work 6 days a week.   


    We strive for a 5-10% 'connect rate', which is the number of answered calls.  This rate will vary depending on your list origin, phone number accuracy, and (quite simply) if your homeowners are inclined to answer their phone.


    If there is no answer, we will call that homeowner back the next day.

    If we get a voicemail, we will leave a message with a dedicated inbound number exclusively for your campaign.


    Live transfers and/or call recording are available upon request.

  • What is the success KPI / success rate / avg. return?

    On average, we shoot for 1 qualified seller lead per daily call shift.  This is often a consertative estimate.  Some days we may provide you 2-3 warm leads, some days it may be zero.  We will continue to contact each owner 3-5 times over 4 weeks.  If the owner replies, our agents are encouraged to nuture the relationship as long as they wish.


    We recommend you use investors' "best practices" to maximize how many deals you'll close:

    • call or text leads back the same- or next-day
    • set reminders and track touchpoints in your CRM
    • warm leads can get HOT when you nurture them
    • warm leads WILL go cold when you ignore them

    The "connect rate" and "close rate" of your list will depend highly on the quality, accuracy, and motivation of your originating list.

When the homeowner replies via any channel, our U.S. agents will engage inquire about condition, tenancy, and motivation to sell. 


When we get you a warm lead, we'll forward the conversation to you into your existing CRM.  Don't have a CRM?  We'll provide a complimentary Podio account.
